Got a decent price for a used 2017 Chrysler Pacifica. Sales service was OK, but the salesman was inexperienced. Only had trouble after I bought the car. Took the dealership a month to order the new plates and ship them to me. The temporary license expired before it got here. I had to call repeatedly over that month to follow up on getting the plates and it was only after I called them on the day it expired that they finally mailed the plates to me. They never took responsibility for the delay and only blamed the DMV. Unprofessional.
Worst experience at a dealership and I have purchased a lot of cars. From the get go, Hassan was not engaged in making the sale. The car was parked in the showroom and I asked for a test drive. He said we cannot test drive until we negotiate the price. Why would I do that? Why waste my time if the car is not mechanically fit? So, he said he would have the car moved while we talked since the car was buried. Fine. Wouldn't budge on the price, low balled on the trade value, took forever in getting answers to questions. Finally agreed on a price only to find out the car wasn't moved so it' took another half hour to move the car. Finally, got it on the road and because he didn't have plates, could only take it around the block. The car seemed fine and the agreed on price was ok, too. Spent a total of 5+ hours there. Now they couldn't have it ready that day so they suggested delivering it to me at my house which was fine. Promised a 9-930a time and I had told them that i needed to go to work. Didn't arrive until 11am. Will never go there or recommend them.

Donna Argento is an amazing, sensitive, caring, hands on, go to person. Hard worker, always gets back to you with answers! Cynthia Bertuzzi, aside from the many other jobs she does, is your "meet and greet" person! She is also doing anything and everything to make your experience safe and pleasant! I don't think she knows how to frown lol!

I had great service. All the employees were helpful and got me what I wanted in a timely manner. They delivered my new car to my home because they didn't want me to have to come over the bridge after crossing it twice. I would recommend this dealership to my friends and family!
I own cars since 1972. Never in my life have I had such a bad experience as with the warranty service at Bay Ridge Nissan. I have a full warranty from fender to fender and I brought it in because the check engine light was on. They call me up that the company doesn't want to honor my warranty since it'a a year old and the 1-year maintenance has not been done. Only after they do the maintenance and charge me $479 will the company pick up any other expense that might come up. This is TRUE FRAUD. I called the company and they told me that there is no such thing and that Bay Ridge never called them. I had no choice but had to pay to get my car back. BTW, it took them 5 working days to return my car. They blamed having trouble getting a part. I will never ever go back to them, bln.
